Tom Silver Opens Silver Law's Office

Silver Law was founded in 2007 when Tom Silver opened a small, one-room office with a clear purpose, to provide honest, client-focused representation for injured individuals. From day one, the firm was built on dedication, long hours, and a strong commitment to helping people through difficult legal challenges.

As the firm’s reputation grew, Silver Law expanded its team and services. Additional attorneys joined to meet increasing demand, and the practice sharpened its focus on personal injury law. This growth allowed the firm to serve more clients while maintaining personal attention and strong advocacy.

Meet Our Attorneys

Marcel A. Sager

A licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, the District of Columbia, local federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. As a NYC personal injury lawyer, Mrs. Sager has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice and family and marital law. Few other attorneys are as compassionate to clients while fighting hard on their behalf.

Karen Goldberg Sager

A licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, the District of Columbia, Illinois, local federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has an LL.M. (Master’s degree) in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. Mr. Sager’s practice areas include probate and administration of estates, estate planning, elder law, real estate transactions in New York and traffic violations.
